Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the performance of the plumbing installation department, mentoring and guiding technician teams to exceed service expectations.
  • Talent Development: Inspire and train plumbing technicians to execute high-quality installations while addressing client needs with expertise.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with service, sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and accurate plumbing installations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in plumbing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
