Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs that address diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Conduct training sessions for employees on topics such as unconscious bias, microaggressions, and cultural competence
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Design and deliver training materials using various media
- Track employee progress and analyze program effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in training and development
- Certification in training and/or technical specialty preferred
