Speech Therapy Support Specialist

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students in developing their communication skills in the 2023-2024 school year.
About the RoleAs a Speech Therapy Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with a dynamic team of professionals to implement speech and language therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- You will work with students individually or in small groups to address communication goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and be able to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance overall student success.
- Implement speech and language therapy interventions.
- Work with students to address communication goals.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active or pending state SLPA license.
- A Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
