Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, specifically in phlebotomy.
- Proven advancement in roles within a phlebotomy or clinical laboratory environment.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Training program is preferred.
Licensure:
- ASCP certification is desirable.
