Job Title: US Occupational Health Nurse Lead

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced US Occupational Health Nurse Lead to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of occupational health programs and services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of occupational health programs and services, including injury and illness prevention, medical surveillance, and workers' compensation management.
  • Collaborate with site EHS managers to ensure alignment of occupational health programs and services with overall site safety goals.
  • Provide clinical nursing services, including medical evaluations, treatment, and case management for employees and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality services and support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and workers' compensation laws.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for employees and contractors on occupational health topics.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with occupational health policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with global nurse teams to share best practices and develop standardized occupational health programs.
Requirements:
  • AS in Nursing or higher degree.
  • RN license in TX or AZ, or ability to obtain in
