Job Overview

ReqOverflow is seeking a highly skilled Employee Health Clinic Manager RN to oversee the Occupational and Employee Health Program, promoting employee wellness, maintaining productivity, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate employee health issues, track and take appropriate action on exposures, injuries, and near misses.
  • Act as a resource for hospital, medical staff, and community on employee health and safety matters.
  • Participate in employee orientation and provide continuing education programs and in-services.
  • Ensure compliance with employee health policies and procedures, as well as current health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Lead health and safety committee meetings and participate in other facility meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with market and division employee health teams, including those in other facilities and market-based roles.
  • Serve as liaison with legal counsel, governmental bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Current RN licensure in Texas or a compact state, if applicable.
  • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN) or alternative, encouraged after 2 years of active experience.
  • 2 years of experience in acute care or an equivalent setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
  • 1+ years of managing clinic operations in occupational health or a similar setting.
  • 3+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills and thorough knowledge of Employee Health, public Health, or Case Management clinical experience with adults.
Additional Information
  • BSN required.
  • No weekends, Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Must have employee health experience/nursing experience from a hospital or clinic.
  • Managing projects than people.
  • Eligible for relocation.
