Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to live well and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting and exercise
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide comprehensive support
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (for some positions)
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
