Position Summary

As a Compliance Services Associate, you will leverage our industry-leading technology to prepare licensing credentials for insurance professionals nationwide.

Your role will involve engaging with members of the insurance community through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy and productivity to meet performance metrics and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with technology and basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
