Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team at Elegante Pizzeria Inc. Our Poolside Bistro is a vibrant and dynamic environment that requires a team player with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include serving drinks and food inside the bar and outside by the pool area. Daily cleaning and prep work are essential to maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

We are entering our busy season, and we need someone who is willing to follow orders and guidelines. Our business is similar to a college atmosphere, and we expect our staff to be able to manage their time effectively and work well under pressure.

We have a strong local following, and we host several pool parties, block parties, and community events throughout the year. As a Bartender/Server, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to create a fun and engaging experience for our customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant FOH environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively
  • Flexibility to work events in a variety of settings, including tank tops and shorts
