Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Conference Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our clients and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful events and conferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless event execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services
  • Work closely with our banquet department to ensure smooth event execution and high client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a sales and marketing role
