We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. This is a full-time, night shift position in Surgical Telemetry Observation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
- Associates degree in Nursing required.
- One year of telemetry experience preferred.
- CCRN preferred.
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
- American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
