We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Piedmont Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and Director to ensure effective staffing and resource management.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum one year of telemetry experience preferred.
  • CCRN certification preferred.
  • A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR required.
  • American Heart Association ACLS is required within 6 months of hire.
