As a Clinical Nurse Specialist at Piedmont Medical Center, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the nursing profession. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs and inservices to enhance nursing staff knowledge and skills

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement clinical research projects

• Serve as a role model, mentor, and patient advocate, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Academic degree in nursing preferred (Bachelors or Masters degree)

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
