RN Clinical Supervisor Surgical Telemetry Unit FT Nights

The Clinical Supervisor in the Surgical Telemetry Unit is a key leader responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the department. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to promote a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement strategic goals for the unit
- Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of acute care experience with demonstrated leadership ability
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- Other certifications required will be determined by the specific unit
