Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Work closely with Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure seamless care delivery
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings a plus
