Dialysis Unit Nurse Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM). As a Dialysis Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients
- Renders professional and technical nursing care to patients
- Directs and supervises other team members
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to achieve high standards of care
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and fill in when needed
