Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Dialysis team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As an Inpatient Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of practice
9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of acute dialysis experience preferred
Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience a plus
