Dialysis Nurse Specialist

At NavitsPartners, we are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Conduct patient observations, monitor vital signs, and manage dialysis machine setup.
- Provide direct care to patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis.
- Lead a team of patient care technicians, ensuring that treatment plans are followed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while keeping accurate documentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a high quality of life.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of strong Chronic Dialysis experience.
- Charge RN Experience: Must have charge nurse experience in a dialysis setting.
- Skills: Experience with Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) equipment and Electronic Medical Records EMR.
- Certifications: Must be willing to obtain necessary certifications if not already active.
- License: Active nursing license for Georgia at the time of submission.
