Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Veterans Canteen Service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including Veterans and their caregivers, in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Participate in inventory management and control procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and perform basic arithmetic used in food preparation.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the service industry.
- Requires constant standing, walking, and frequent bending.
- Must be able to lift or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds unassisted.
