Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Construction Office Clerk / Timekeeper to join our team at Heico Construction Group. As a key member of our construction office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including timekeeping, payroll, and inventory management.
• Provide administrative support to the construction team, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, superintendents, and other team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a construction office environment, with a focus on timekeeping, payroll, and administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a construction office environment as a field construction office clerk / timekeeper at meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• Certification in a related field, such as construction management or accounting.
