Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and oversee workflow while training and guiding staff across various locations in all operational processes and requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate effective Quality Control initiatives and resolve issues across multiple teams.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience of 5+ years in a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, particularly in real estate, mortgage-escrow, or quality auditing, along with 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic, client-focused, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, including team-building and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven capability to motivate teams and manage change effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing and interacting with distributed teams, coordinating with stakeholders across various functions and locations.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly in Excel and Access.
  • Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
The annual pay range is $76,000 USD.
