Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at NewLane Finance. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will gain expert knowledge of NewLane's critical business processes and aid in the design, development, and daily operation of the origination and servicing ecosystem. You will work closely with business owners and technology partners at all levels to identify opportunities for process and system optimization, define initiative scope & requirements, and document the value proposition.

You will also deliver efficient system interactions and scalable processes and procedures which support NewLane's growth. In addition, you will provide hands-on support for deployed functionality, manage the setup of new and existing users and their permissions using profiles, permission sets, and roles, and create and maintain custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, and configurations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance in training and coaching professional and technical staff.
  • Coordinate with the IT Helpdesk and communicate to NewLane business teams during major technical incidents.
  • Support the production ecosystem.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Information Systems; Software Engineering; or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience as a technical business systems administrator, analyst, and/or other similar relevant experience.
  • Able to manage time and multitask.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
