Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet technical, quality, commercial, and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and commercial product management, to drive innovation and cost reduction.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product development processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing and product teams to identify customer requirements and emerging trends.
  • Prepare test plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing and product development/design engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of wire and cable manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
