Job Summary

Adara Home Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinical Quality Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of care provided to clients by reviewing clinical records and evaluating processes to continuously improve delivery of quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients by reviewing clinical records to ensure clinical information is accurate and in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Consult and educate employees to promote safe, coordinated, and effective care.
  • Collaborate with employees and other members of the healthcare team to assist with coordination of client health information and services.
  • Monitor and evaluate client care and outcome data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Minnesota.
  • Home health experience and COS-C certification preferred.
  • Proof of negative TB testing.
  • U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit.
  • Disclose any conviction and criminal history records pertaining to any crime related to the provision of health services.
  • Pass initial and ongoing background studies and screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least two (2) years' experience in a healthcare facility or home care field.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to follow standards/procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to change.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
