About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Supervisor to join our team in Wyoming, Montana, and Idaho. The successful candidate will have a strong background in underground utilities and a proven track record of supervising construction projects.


The Telecom Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operations of job sites, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time hourly position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, with regular travel to job sites throughout the region.



The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are essential, as is the ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction projects, ensuring timely completion and high standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee the operations of job sites, including scheduling, equipment, and materials.
  • Manage and train construction teams, including foremen and crew members.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in telecom construction, with a focus on underground utilities.
  • 1 year of experience as a construction foreman or supervisor.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
