Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will engage in professional responsibilities aimed at attracting, screening, recruiting, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and staffing for both headquarters and federal clients.
  • Source and identify suitable candidates; conduct initial qualification assessments to ensure alignment with job specifications.
  • Utilize contemporary interview techniques to prequalify candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Oversee candidates through the entire interview and onboarding journey, including applications, references, background checks, interview scheduling, and security processing as required.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to explore new recruitment initiatives.
  • Build a pipeline of candidates to fulfill current and future staffing needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking and documentation of candidates and job requirements.
  • Consult with Program Managers to ascertain technical skill requirements and implement effective sourcing strategies for successful placements.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships that support recruitment objectives.
  • Track recruitment activities and metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of applicant records in the ATS and manage all related paperwork for new hires.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to candidates and program managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes and objectives.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry events as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a recruitment role.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.


Proven ability to manage a high volume of recruitment requests in a competitive landscape, with adaptability to shifting priorities. Strong independent judgment to determine appropriate actions and priorities is essential.

Exceptional service delivery and the ability to work autonomously are crucial. The candidate should possess excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, along with strong analytical capabilities to address sensitive issues.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a company background check.
