Frontline Support Engineer

At Creative Financial Staffing, we're seeking a skilled Frontline Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional who can troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the development of our comprehensive online knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot various tickets, device/printer issues, password reset, VPN, active directory, group policy, and basic networking
  • Help clients from different industries, provide top-tier service, and treat clients as if they were your own
  • Contribute to and expand upon our comprehensive online knowledge base for IT staff and end-users
  • Assist in the development of all standard and custom workstation configurations; self-service software catalogs, and ongoing application installations
  • Participate in the testing of all end-user related software, including all appropriate patches and updates across the organization
Requirements
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot end-user issues within Microsoft (MS) Office 365 Office Online, OneDrive, OneNote, and O365 Administration
  • MCSA: Win10, MCSA: Office365, ITIL: Foundation, and/or CompTIA
  • Demonstrated experience in support at the enterprise-level
  • Proven knowledge of and adherence to IT network, computer, server, and device security best practices
  • Experience working within a small team, using ticketing systems, working with a variety of issues and environments
  • MSP experience is a must
