Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects in the Greater Boston and South Coast areas. This full-time role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively liaise between clients, design teams, and field crews, ensuring seamless project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with company leadership, clients, and design professionals to ensure comprehensive project documentation is established prior to construction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to facilitate decision-making, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and crew management.
  • Lead team meetings with architects, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Generate Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and change orders as necessary.
  • Assist Site Supervisors with procurement of materials and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and compared against financial plans.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support the generation of detailed estimates and contract documents for projects.
  • Participate in daily meetings with company leadership and weekly meetings with Site Supervisors.
  • Utilize project management software and technology to track project status and facilitate communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all necessary licenses and regulations as required by local jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with Site Supervisors to uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that all building performance standards are met.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Strong references from previous employers or clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000-$120,000 based on experience.

Experience Level: 4+ years required.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.
