At Stanford University, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of mental health research and treatment. As a Senior Research Coordinator in Precision Psychiatry and Neuroimaging, you will play a pivotal role in leading the execution of precision medicine studies in mental health.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team at the Center for Precision Mental Health and Wellness. This is a unique opportunity to make innovative contributions to the rapidly emerging field of precision medicine in mental health.

About the Position

This position involves overseeing subject recruitment and study enrollment goals, developing effective strategies for promoting/recruiting research participants and retaining participants in long-term clinical trials. You will also be responsible for managing data collection, analyzing and interpreting results, and preparing reports.

As a senior coordinator, you will develop, execute, and manage studies funded through NIH, including a study launching in 2024 under a priority precision medicine in mental health initiative. These studies use clinical psychiatric assessments of depression and anxiety and incorporate cognitive testing and functional magnetic resonance imaging to identify neural functional biotypes within depressive and anxiety disorders.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in clinical research, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Experience with research protocols and regulatory or governing bodies, which include HIPAA and FDA regulations, Institutional Review Board requirements, and Good Clinical Practices.
Benefits and Working Conditions
