Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Collins Aerospace, an RTX company. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting all contracts associated with the ATNAVICS program, encompassing sustainment efforts for the US military and production obligations for an international contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor CCA redesigns and associated DVT testing
  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs in lab to support field LRU return
  • Identify form, fit, function replacements for obsolete components to support the quarterly obsolescence report
  • Identify and document redlines to existing ATNAVICS documentation
  • Support suppliers during build process to help resolve any issues
  • Support manufacturing to troubleshoot electrical or RF issues found during refurbishments or production
  • Occasional travel to Largo, FL may be required
Requirements:
  • Fundamental knowledge of microwave and digital circuit design
  • Exposure to Electrical Engineering design tools for circuit and electromagnetic simulation (Keysight ADS, CST, or equivalent)
  • Experience in a lab environment operating RF and standard test equipment including spectrum and network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Understanding of Initial Release and Change Notice process
  • Occasional domestic travel and potential international travel may be required
