About the Role

REHAU Incorporated is a leading international polymer manufacturer seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Furniture Division in Grand Rapids, MI.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple mailboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Set up new accounts in SAP and maintain accurate records.
  3. Process order registrations, lead creation, and distributor coordination.
  4. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  5. Assist with AP invoices, coding, and working with the AP team.
  6. Support sample requests and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in an office support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP or Salesforce.com experience a plus.
