Position Summary:
The role of the Guest Care Specialist is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, offering an hourly wage based on business requirements. This position serves as a crucial link in our operations, acting as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager. The Guest Care Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while also supporting the sales of our automotive services and tire products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the comprehensive training program to effectively implement the sales process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, both in-store and over the phone, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in managing customer care, including work order completion and register operations.
- Fulfill key holder responsibilities, including opening and closing tasks.
- Adhere to all financial policies and procedures, addressing customer service issues and opportunities as they arise.
- Communicate product and service offerings clearly to customers.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Ensure the customer waiting area is organized and inviting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $19.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is necessary.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to write clear sales work orders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
