**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at Curtis Lane Holdings LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling equipment in a defined sales area, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Travel to customers and businesses to sell equipment and provide product demonstrations
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend upgrades or replacements to existing equipment
  • Provide competitive pricing information and negotiate sales agreements
  • Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales within assigned customers and sales inventory
  • Develop and maintain a call list and track sales reports
  • Monitor competitive activity and products
  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of equipment for sale and rental at the dealership
  • Analyze sales opportunities and participate in sales promotions
  • Maintain a professional image and adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of products related to the New Holland and Bobcat brands
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
