Culligan Water in Seguin is looking for a dedicated individual to handle the installation, servicing, and repair of Culligan products in residential and commercial settings. Our offerings include water softeners, drinking water systems, and solutions for challenging water issues.

The service technician is responsible for conducting repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and installations of Culligan equipment and products at customer locations. The technician's primary objective is to deliver the highest quality service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting diagnostics and analyses to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
  • Installing, upgrading, and maintaining equipment
  • Completing necessary documentation related to tasks accurately and promptly
  • Assisting colleagues with the delivery and installation of products/equipment
  • Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition
  • Communicating effectively with customers and fostering positive public relations for the company
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Plumbing experience is highly desirable
  • At least two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lift/move equipment weighing between 50-75 lbs
