We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Branch Associate to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for receiving and preparing orders, safely moving, loading, and delivering products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
- Load and unload products from deliveries, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, determining customer needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to achieve team goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization and adhering to quality service standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of work experience using material handling equipment.
- At least one year of work experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
