Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Amcor plc is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and time-off policies.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to measure HR performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including employment law, labor relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
