We are in search of an exceptional Global IT Systems Architect with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-regional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in collaborating with low voltage, networking, audiovisual, physical security, financial, and workplace teams to ensure the efficient and economical execution of IT initiatives. Your expertise and capabilities will be vital to our team's achievements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement IT initiatives on a global scale.
  • Collaborate closely with low voltage, networking, audiovisual, physical security, financial, and workplace teams to ensure project coherence.
  • Apply your knowledge of networking and audiovisual systems to facilitate project execution and address technical issues.
  • Manage relationships with international vendors, ensuring that deliverables meet quality expectations and are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Oversee all external vendors providing networking and audiovisual services.
  • Develop and uphold project plans, timelines, and financial frameworks.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks to guarantee successful outcomes.
  • Encourage a results-driven mindset within the project team, fostering accountability and achievement.
  • Maintain and enforce company standards.
  • Supervise all IT/audiovisual site technology upgrades.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, focusing on global initiatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of low voltage, networking, audiovisual, physical security, financial, and workplace technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing international vendors and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a results-oriented, proactive approach.
  • PMP or other project management certification is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrating leadership and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on impact.
  • Experience with Aruba, Cisco, PAN, Zoom, MacOS/iOS, Poly, and Samsung.
