Position Overview:

The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) division is tasked with delivering cloud-based infrastructure and technical management services to our private cloud clientele.

The Client Delivery Manager serves as the primary liaison for customers within the SAP ECS division, ensuring comprehensive delivery accountability and customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and nurturing client relationships for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, acting as the client’s advocate within SAP.
  • Overseeing the entire SAP ECS engagement, coordinating with various ECS functions to fulfill contractual obligations and meet customer expectations.
  • Establishing proactive service plans and conducting regular review meetings with clients to discuss operational and strategic matters.
  • Serving as a point of escalation for delivery-related issues, including incidents and service requests.
  • Ensuring seamless collaboration among multiple ECS and SAP internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing client onboarding processes, upgrade/migration projects, and other service delivery initiatives.
  • Assisting with commercial change requests, ensuring contract compliance, and managing project and business risks.
  • Facilitating the introduction of additional ECS offerings and supporting contract renewals in collaboration with SAP sales and presales teams.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Fluency in English.
  • A proven history of managing client engagements in service delivery, consulting, or pre-sales environments.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on relationship management and issue resolution.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Basis, system migrations, and/or functional SAP applications.
  • Knowledge of technical infrastructure and virtualized system environments.
  • Awareness of IT trends and their implications for business strategies, as well as SAP's service offerings.
  • The ability to function effectively as part of a dynamic, remote team.
  • Certifications in SAP Basis, IT Service Management, Project Management, Cloud, and IT infrastructure are advantageous.
