**Administrative Support for Senior Executives**

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating travel schedules, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate programs, projects, and campaigns for the operating unit, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Prepare administrative reports, perform data analysis, and distribute reports to stakeholders.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and maintain confidential files.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and reserve facilities as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, plan meetings, and events.
  • Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
