Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant

Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with students with varying needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address students' communication needs
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP/AAC exposure is preferred
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
