We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Cost Control Accountant at Joy Construction Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Development and Oversight: Collaborate in the formulation and maintenance of project budgets; anticipate project expenses based on previous data and specific project requirements.
- Expense Tracking and Analysis: Continuously assess actual project spending against the established budget and project forecasts. Generate comprehensive cost reports and financial summaries for presentation to project leaders and upper management.
- Modification Order Assessment: Analyze the financial implications of changes in project scope, including additional tasks or modifications, and integrate these into the project budget.
- Financial Risk Assessment: Recognize potential financial threats linked to project delays, budget excesses, and other complications. Formulate and execute strategies to alleviate these risks.

- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to swiftly identify issues and formulate practical solutions is essential, particularly when addressing budget overruns or unforeseen project challenges.
