Job Summary

The ATF Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring SigSauer's compliance with federal firearms regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of firearms laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with federal firearms regulations
  • Perform daily NFA reservations and manufacturing reports
  • Complete and submit necessary NFA forms
  • Assist in correcting serial number discrepancies and shipping/return issues
  • Manage NFA temporary imports/exports and submit letters to ATF
  • Work with law enforcement regarding T&Es and transfers of firearms
  • Conduct quarterly inventory checks and assist with account discrepancies
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of federal firearms regulations
