ATF Compliance Specialist: 1st Shift

The ATF Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring SigSauer's compliance with federal firearms regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of firearms laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal firearms regulations
- Perform daily NFA reservations and manufacturing reports
- Complete and submit necessary NFA forms
- Assist in correcting serial number discrepancies and shipping/return issues
- Manage NFA temporary imports/exports and submit letters to ATF
- Work with law enforcement regarding T&Es and transfers of firearms
- Conduct quarterly inventory checks and assist with account discrepancies
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of federal firearms regulations
