Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain and promote patient health across the life cycle, working collaboratively with other health and social agencies to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide administrative support to the Health Center Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or college preferred.
  • Current RN license in Rhode Island state preferred.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience in hospital, public health, or community health settings preferred.
  • Ability to perform duties and responsibilities across the life cycle (infants, children, adolescents, adults, prenatal, and geriatric) required.
  • Bicultural (Spanish) skills and bilingual experiences strongly valued.
  • Experience in providing managed care patient services and commitment to working in community health with high-risk, uninsured, and diverse patient populations required.
  • Computer literacy very helpful.
