We are looking for a technical leader to provide guidance and oversight to a multi-discipline team of engineers from proposal development to production through sustainment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radar systems engineering and experience leading integration and test of systems, subsystems, and related hardware, software, and firmware components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership to a multi-discipline team of engineers
  • Generate and maintain concepts of operation and use cases
  • Develop, decompose, and trace multi-level requirements
  • Lead integration and test of systems, subsystems, and related hardware, software, and firmware components
  • Provide technical leadership performing data analysis, modeling, and simulation
  • Develop and update test plans, procedures, and reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • 5 years of experience with Radar System performance requirements, system design requirements, interface documents, test plans, and test procedures
  • 8 years of experience with larger electronic systems, especially those that include antennas, receivers, transmitters, and digital signal processing

L3Harris Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $122,500 - $227,500, as well as a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
