E-commerce Director

ChromaDex is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager to drive the company's digital shopping experience and ensure seamless integration with its vision.

The ideal candidate will own the E-commerce experiences of the corporation, including direct-to-consumer, B2B, and content websites. Key responsibilities will encompass leading website performance and analytics tracking, user experience and customer journeys, personalization, conversion rate optimization, site merchandising, subscription management, loyalty program management, and support international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the e-commerce roadmap, including managing the backlog and on-site brand or educational content.
• Design an optimized merchandising approach that balances user flow with product revenue goals.
• Track critical performance metrics and collaborate with the Business Development team to launch and manage localized Shopify storefronts.
• Partner with analytics teams to gather insights, track performance, and manage an A/B testing roadmap.
• Oversee product listings, optimize site performance within a headless commerce framework, and coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory management.
• Implement tailored SEO strategies for each storefront to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Evaluate and prioritize web projects based on business impact and required effort.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience within the health and wellness, bioscience or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in website management and change management.
• Deep understanding of online distribution channels for consumer brands, market dynamics, and customer needs.
