Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
  • Execute treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as prescribed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Conduct stimulus preference assessments to understand individual preferences.
  • Accurately collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be considered.

Compensation Information

$60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience, providing a competitive salary for our Pediatric Therapy Specialists.
