Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Insurance Sales: Develop and present insurance quotes, close sales, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with small business owners, such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Agent Team to develop new financial service opportunities and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • License Requirements: Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives, proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior, excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and navigate complex business relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
