Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including small business owners and individuals
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Develop new financial service opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
