Job OpportunityNeighborhood Pediatrics, PLLC is seeking a skilled Pediatric Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our pediatric patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Take vital signs and accurately record them in our electronic medical records system.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized exam room environment to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Administer vaccines and medications as prescribed by our healthcare providers.
  • Input patient information and schedule appointments with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA) or equivalent experience.
  • First aid and CPR certification is a plus, with willingness to train.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a dynamic team setting.
  • Valid ID and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain confidentiality.
