We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of medically fragile children and their families.

About the Role

As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children with complex medical needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to children with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Current valid license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
